 These guys are excellent. Professional, punctual and experienced. Strong recommend. I spoke with Plamen , the owner, early in the morning about my broken washer. He had the courtesy to call my tenant and discuss the repair options with him. He even put the extra effort to research how much a new washing machine would cost because the spare were expensive and I wasn’t sure whether to repair it or not. He helped me decide what makes the most sense for me without even asking for a service charge. I went for a repair after all and I’m really astounded of how quiet the washer is now.

 Well, I had the usual doubts, but these guys are great. I needed an opinion on an older Sub-Zero fridge, and Plamen was instantly familiar with the model. I gave him a short list of symptoms and he was able to identify the problem over the phone. He was super honest and gave me the options without sugarcoating the prices.  I decided to give Alex a chance after having the feeling that I was getting my leg pulled hard by another company. He was quite straight ward over the phone and told me that I was probably right, but they needed to come over and inspect the problem themselves. I'm so glad I trusted him. Instead of having to pay $890.00 worth of repairs because of some expensive parts, I ended up paying just a $125 service charge. The technician guys told me that all it needed was a proper cleaning of the coils on the back and some other maintenance, while the other company claimed that a condenser drive system and a compressor assembly had to be replaced. Just call Alex; don't waste money and time looking for someone. Couldn't be more relieved that I found such an honest company in Las Vegas. Stop reading and just call him. 🙂

 I called the company because of the wonderful reviews and they were all right about Alex. My fridge stopped working. Alex was super nice to give me a couple of troubleshooting tips over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. He was right on time, extremely polite, professional and most importantly - honest. He pointed out all potential repairs and gave me estimates of how much each repair would cost in order to get the fridge back in its original state. We even discussed deals on new fridges as a potential way to go about it and at the end he gave me a few days time to decide. In two days I decided to make the repair and I called him over. Now, my fridge is working perfectly for a third of the cost of a new one. Most repair techs can be quite dismissive about my questions, but Alex is different. He really cares and listens. I’d give him a call again for any appliance breakdown I have in the future.

 Plamen is just an amazing guy! We had a very negative experience with a different repair service that was extremely inconsistent with the information about what is wrong with our washer. At the end, we were stuck with a completely broken washing machine full of water. When Plamen came, it took him half an hour to figure out the problem. He gave us a very reasonable price for the repair and was done in less than hour. Very pleasant experience, positive and friendly guy that’s very professional in his work. This is how an American family business should be run like. Highly recommend.
